The camp fee for IYC 2026 is €448.
If you have difficulties* with paying the camp fee, you can contact our secretary info@iycamp.com.
Important facts concerning the camp fee:
- Travelling fees are not included in the camp fee.
- Annulment of the application is possible until May 7, 2026, with a charge of € 25,- administration fee. After this date, the participant must pay the entire camp fee, or the participant has to find someone to replace their spot.
- Details about the payment will be communicated to you after your application. Payment can be done by bank transfer or cash on the arrival day (please discuss this with the secretary). It is not possible to pay with cheques or credit cards!!
- Paying in three monthly instalments is only possible for participants from EU-countries and for applications sent in before April 30, 2026.
- *The organisation does not provide full support or sponsorship to compensate for the camp fee as the organisation is non-profit, run by volunteers, and needs all the resources to cover the costs of the camp.
